Richa Gangopadyay Biography
Richa will now represent US at the 17th annual Miss India worldwide pageant,
organised by India Festival Committee(IFC), on February 23 in Johannesburg,
South Africa.
Richa Gangopadhyay is a 21 year old Michigan student. She was crowned Miss India USA 2007 at the 26th annaul pageant held on Friday in New Jersey,Miss
Beautiful Eyes World wide 2008 and Miss Photogenic World wide 2008.
She also won the title of Miss Photogenic. The outgoing queen, Ayushka Singh,
crowned her.Neha Multani,22, of NewYork and Nisha Palvia,18,of Georgia were
respectively declared first and second runners up among 24 contestants from
various parts of the US in the same contest.
At the pageant all contestants took part in the Indian dress and evening gown
bhratanatyam, violin as well as poetry recitation and singing.
Now the model Gangopadyay entered in to the movie Leader, which is telugu
film 2010 directed by Sekhar kammula. She is one of the most promising
upcoming face in South India. From her first movie Leader she is becoming
prominent face in South India.She is one of the serine hot beauty of
South India.
